Delete Your Account

1. Before You Delete

Deletion is permanent and takes effect immediately. Your account cannot be restored, and you will lose access to your charging history, saved stations, vehicles, and any remaining wallet balance.

• Finish charging first. If a charging session is in progress, stop it in the app before deleting. We cannot close an account with an active session.
• Wallet balance. If you still have credit in your Current Power wallet, email info@current-power.com before you delete. Balance remaining at the time of deletion is not automatically refunded.
• Charger hosts. If you host a charger with us and have earnings awaiting payout, contact us to settle them first. Your host profile, national ID, and bank details are erased when the account closes.
• Prefer to do this in the app? Open Current Power and go to Menu → Profile → Delete Account. The result is identical to using this page.

2. What We Delete

When your request completes, we permanently erase:

• Your name, email address, password, phone number, and profile photo.
• Your profile details, app preferences, language and theme settings.
• Your vehicles, including any VIN, licence plate, and RFID tag you saved.
• Your saved and bookmarked charging stations.
• Your registered devices and push notification tokens, and your notification history.
• Your saved payment method tokens, including card brand and last four digits.
• For charger hosts: your national ID, national ID image, phone number, and bank details.

3. What We Must Keep

Saudi tax, accounting, and anti-money-laundering rules require us to retain certain records. We keep charging session and payment records in anonymised form only, with your identity removed, for the statutory retention periods described in our Privacy Policy. These records can no longer be linked back to you.

4. Confirm Your Identity

To protect your account, we need to verify that it belongs to you. Enter the email address and password you use to sign in to Current Power.

Signed in with Google or Apple? Your account has no password, so please delete it from within the app (Menu → Profile → Delete Account) or email info@current-power.com from the address registered to your account. We respond to email requests within 30 days.
